The Portage Lake Watershed Forever Annual Fund was established to provide support for the ongoing operations of the Portage Lake Watershed Forever Council, their efforts to coordinate implementation of the Portage Lake Watershed Forever Plan, and immediate needs for watershed enhancement and protection.
