Manistee Area Public Schools Fund

The Manistee Area Public Schools Fund was established by an anonymous group of citizens with an initial endowment donation of $75,000. The purpose of the Fund is to support new and creative ideas in the classroom. Teachers may apply for grants once each year. An advisory committee made up of school, Foundation, business and community leaders make the grant selections.
Manistee Area Public Schools (MAPS) Fund grants money to teachers at Madison, Jefferson, and Kennedy elementary schools, Manistee Middle School, and Manistee High School.
